1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeuropackLens ("the Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Your Upload Rights & Responsibilities

By uploading any image, file, or content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process that material. You are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded assets do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, confidentiality agreements, or applicable law.

NeuropackLens does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. We process it solely to provide the analysis service.

3. Not Legal or Regulatory Advice

All outputs generated by the Platform — including analysis reports, recommendations, concept sketches, and citations — are provided for informational and design evaluation purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, health, or commercial advice.

In particular, the Platform does not provide FDA labeling guidance, health claims compliance review, or advice on products intended for infants, children, or other sensitive populations. For such matters, consult a qualified professional.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

The Platform provides evidence-guided, research-backed evaluation. It does not guarantee any commercial outcome, including increased sales, conversion rates, or consumer preference. Analysis outputs do not replace consumer research, market testing, or professional brand consulting.

5. Concept Sketches — Design Clearance

Any concept sketch or AI-generated image produced by the Platform is clearly marked as a "Concept only" prototype. It is not ready for production use. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary intellectual property clearances, trademark searches, and regulatory approvals before using any design inspired by Platform outputs in any commercial context.

NeuropackLens assumes no liability for design conflicts, trademark infringement, or regulatory non-compliance arising from your use of concept sketch outputs.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Analyses and associated image assets are automatically deleted after 30 days from creation. Access logs are purged after 90 days. Image assets are stored using signed URLs with a 24-hour expiration; no public permanent URLs are issued.

You may request early deletion of your data by contacting us. Upon account deletion all associated analyses and assets are removed.

7. Confidential & Unreleased Assets

If you upload assets subject to non-disclosure agreements or other confidentiality obligations, you do so at your own risk. The Platform applies access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and per-user data isolation, but we recommend that you review your confidentiality obligations before uploading any unreleased designs.

8. Academic Research & Citations

The Platform references academic research by citation only (author, year, title, DOI). No copyrighted figures, tables, or full paper text are reproduced. All research findings in reports are paraphrased; direct quotation is prohibited by our content policy. Citations link to publisher DOI pages. The Platform does not redistribute PDFs.
